I excused myself from work because it was the last day of registration. Good thing my boss allowed me to transfer my registration from Ormoc City, Leyte to Cebu City, Cebu.
When I got inside Cybergate, located near the Fuente Circle, I was amazed with this jam-packed mall. There were a lot of people who want to register in Cebu City.

I thought it was manageable already since they know what's going to happen during the last day of registration. But, I was dismayed by the scene.
Many people were still unguided. Even myself, I didn't know where to form my line because honestly the queue was like a snake and it was very , very, very loooonnnngggggg.... It was extraordinary line.
For Cebu City, there are two divisions, north and south.

However, there was no signboard or any information for the people to be guided where to form line.
I resides in Brgy. Day-as Cebu City. The said barangay belongs in North District. But I formed my line for the barangays that belong in South District because nobody informed me that there is another line for the Barangays that belong in North District which is found at the second floor of the Robinson- Cybergate Mall.

I asked from anyone in the line but nobody answered me correctly. So, I stayed in the line for 45 minutes. After that, somebody roamed around and asked everyone's residences.
To my dismayed, I was informed that there was another line for North District.

So, I quickly run to the second floor and started to wait in the line. I started outside of the second floor of the mall and waited for four hours before I got the Transfer of Registration Form with Reactivation because I was reactivated by COMELEC for not voting for two consecutive regular elections.

During the four hours of queuing, I observed a lot activities of the people.
I enjoyed a lot watching with them.. people were playing video games on their phones, watching videos in you tube, reminiscing, chatting with their new found friends in the line, complaining, laughing, sitting like a frog while in the line, inserting(they were bad), watching passers-by (this is an advantage why registration is held in the mall), listening to music, reading, eating, selling their numbers which is really bad, taking pictures, writing thinking a lot of things.
