PARTY ALL NIGHT, STROLL 'TIL DAWN BORACAY EXPERIENCE!

Alone, from Cebu City, I used a taxi to transport me to Mactan International Airport.
Strolling alone along boracay
My heart beat fast as the driver drove me to the airport while the traffic distracted my mind from thinking of what will be going to happen in my journey to Boracay.
Excited to see this place.
I stayed inside the taxi for almost two hours because of traffic.

Traveling alone in Bora
In the airport, I didn’t even know where to go. I did not even bother to ask from the guards. I just observed the pilgrim of people of where and what they were doing and I just followed what they did and what was next.
You will be amazed of this

Alas! I made myself proud when I did that. I waited in the boarding area for an hour. I watched too many people excited to travel maybe for a trip/vacation or going back home.

A few minutes later, I boarded and got inside the plane going to Kalibo, Aklan. The journey was very rough due to the turbulence. But it was a safe travel.
At least, I arrived in Bora feeling excited.

When I arrived at Kalibo, I waited for my friend to help me guide in going to Caticlan and then to a famous Boracay Island. We used the public bus in going there for about two hours. To reach the island, I still have to ride a boat worth one hundred pesos (Php.100.00) instead of thirty pesos (Php. 30.00). The reason why? I travelled after 10 PM.
With my friend and guide

As I reached the Island, my first activity was a “tagay” (drinking) session with friends in the hotel for about two hours. When we felt tipsy, we went to the shore and strolled.

Since, it was a Saturday night, there were a lot of party people around the shore. It was a very nice experience watching these people dancing along the shore bringing glasses filled with wine or whisky or whatever. We went back to the hotel at 4 AM.
You can drink this but be careful of the effect.

I woke up at 6 AM. I refreshed myself and ate my breakfast.  The first activity at that day was going to Poka Beach.
At Poka Beach.
With my friends, we chartered a tricycle for one hundred pesos (Php.150.00) in going there.

The beach at the time is very peaceful. There were only few people who went swimming. It is indeed a very nice place. We stayed there for a half-day and went back to the center of Boracay island.

The second activity was buying some stuff as “pasalubong” for my family. Then, I went alone strolling along the shore. I saw a lot of Filipinos and foreigners. Alone, I missed my friends in Cebu City.
With my new friends

For a half-day of strolling, I got tired and find another place to rest. I found one which worth for only seven hundred pesos (Php. 700.00) for a night. I stayed and rested there for three hours.

As I gained energy, I went again along the shore to find a place for dinner. I found one and the food was great. After that, I met new friends.

I talked to them, ate with them and of course danced with them while drinking beer. I did a really great night with fun and thrill as I entertained new friends. I thought I couldn’t do it but the rest was history. I went back to my rented place at around 3AM.
I stayed on the bed for about 7 hours and woke up at 10AM. I prepared for new extreme hiking.
The sunset: An Unforgettable view
I ate my brunch, took a sip of the famous shake in Boracay and started hiking along the shore. I also hiked in going to the top most mountain of the Island.
The Topmost View of Bora
I saw the whole Island and was very glad about it. I went back to the Island but this time I strolled with the guide in another way.

I traveled at the back beach of the island by foot. Hooray, I did it!!!

The experience taught me great lesson.

Love the nature while enjoying with friends.
